Overview

One Way,
Zero Hassle.

To promote a brand-new pickup-and-delivery service by BGZT (a Korean second-hand trading platform), I created a full visual identity system from the ground up. This service allows users to leave their packages at the door, which BGZT collects, packs, and ships on their behalf.

As a designer, I was responsible for everything from visual concept development to 3D mockups and layout design. The goal was to design a playful, efficient, and memorable identity that reflects the convenience and one-directional simplicity of the service

Pick Up → Packaging → Delivery → One Way

ABOUT BGZT

Secondhand marketplace

BGZT (short for Bungaejangter) is one of Korea’s leading second-hand trading platforms, similar to Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace, but with a much more design-driven and mobile-first approach. Users can buy and sell used goods locally through chat-based transactions, with features like real-time location filters and secure payment options.

More than a resale app, BGZT offers curated retail spaces, trend reports, and brand experiences for next-gen users.

DESIGN PROCESS

Shaping the Journey

I explored a new packaging and delivery experience that supports second-hand trading. This includes collecting items, wrapping them securely, and delivering them to the buyer.

My sketches focus on shapes that are flexible and adaptable. I looked at how different forms can hold various item types while keeping the process efficient and intuitive.

Using grids, triangles, and directional lines, I visualized themes of movement, protection, and connection. These visual elements aim to reflect the journey of the item and create a consistent, thoughtful experience from sender to receiver.

I wanted the design to feel functional but also tell a story about the people and objects involved.
